JON DEAN: I've been practicing real estate law for over 20 years. And we're somewhat unique in that we have our own sister company Advantage Title Company to handle real estate transactions and closings. Most law firms don't have their own title companies. So that makes it a little bit more unique.
One of the advantages of having a title company is that problems that arise can be dealt with by lawyers at the firm, unlike other title companies which don't have lawyers that can give advice to their clients.
The years of practice that we've been engaged in real estate lends that breadth of experience, in addition to the depth of knowledge, in handling just about any real estate matter that comes up.
Unfortunately most title companies have multiple fees that they charge that they may not totally disclose upfront to their clients. At Advantage Title we have a one-fee system. The fee that we quote is the fee that you pay.
We take a great deal of pride in the way we are able to quickly and efficiently handle real estate closings for our clients.
