Jon Dean attended the University of Florida on an athletic scholarship from 1974 to 1977. In 1982 Jon completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University. After graduating from law school, Jon joined his brother, Ed Dean, in the practice of law in Ocala, Florida.

Jon is involved in most areas of the firm's practice with primary emphasis on real estate, commercial law and litigation.
